Special Requirements: Epic Dorothy experience required

Required Certifications:
- State license
- BLS

Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- OASIS & EPIC Dorothy required
- Proficient in wound care, IV, PICC, Port, trach, Pleurx and patient education
- Required familiarity with Medicare guidelines related to Homecare

Preferred Certifications/Experience:
- CPI preferred
