We are a fresh company Our team collectively has many years of experience in the field of
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) but Growing Minds Behavioral health was fully realized and
formed just a couple short years ago. As such we are learning and growing and looking to add

employees complete anonymous surveys because lets be real- it can be hard to give your
supervisor feedback face-to-face. We do our best to implement changes where we can based
upon the feedback we receive

arrive because we pair REALLY well with them by engaging them in activities based off of their
own motivation.

We’d love to tell you more about us and hear to all about you. Standard job requirements
apply and we are always open to assisting the right candidate in becoming an RBT. We believe
with the right training for a person who has a heart for helping others and is not afraid to get a
little silly this can be a great fit

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (must provide a copy)
Own reliable transportation
Verifiable car insurance
Available Evenings until 7pm
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Behavior Technician (BT)

Requirements
Part-time with possibility to increase to Full-Time
Evening hours from 3-7pm
Spanish Speakers Highly Encouraged to Apply
