Caring In Action

RN/LPN Responsibilities Include:

+ One-to-one patient care in a home environment.

+ Delivery of specialized nursing care to medically complex, adult patients.

+ Patient assessments and coordination of care.

+ Health promotion, teaching, and training of patients and/or family members.

+ Must be able to work one weekend per month.

RN/LPN Requirements for Success

+ Nurses with med-surg background, Behavioral Health

+ Nurses who are new to Home Health or New Graduates

+ RNs with licenses in good standing in the state where they will practice

+ Nurses with current CPR certification

+ Nurses willing to travel and visit adult patients in their home
