We're seeking a Treasury Services Product Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team. This hybrid role is located in New York City.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation marketing campaigns based on the business' growth strategy and key segments
  • Work collaboratively across internal marketing teams - marketing operations, brand & design, digital marketing, corporate communications and more
  • Identify, track, and report on progress of key marketing KPIs (# of leads, web traffic, content downloads, CTRs, engagement metrics)
  • Work closely with third party agencies and with the marketing tech stack including Salesforce, Marketo, Hootsuite and more
  • Contribute to content creation as it relates to thought leadership and other opportunistic brand enhancement opportunities
  • Execute project management responsibilities across projects
  • Execute legal & compliance reviews on Marketing collateral
  • Coordinate special projects

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Familiar with content marketing, digital marketing, and managing third party vendors & platforms
  • Experience motivating cross-functional teams while collaborating in a matrixed organization
  • Experience with B2B marketing programs and campaigns
  • Highly analytical mind-set with attention to detail and metrics of success
  • Agile approach to program management, marketing plan development
  • Self-starter and is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Leadership presence and ability to communicate effectively to a broad spectrum of audiences, including senior management, around key marketing concepts and programs; strong verbal, written and overall communications skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $119,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
