  • Shared Call: Participate in a shared call schedule, promoting a balanced workload and ensuring optimal patient coverage.
  • Work Schedule:
    • Benefit from a distinctive two weeks on and two weeks off schedule, providing ample time for rest, rejuvenation, and work-life balance, including nights and weekends.
    • Explore part-time one-week on schedules for added flexibility, accommodating various lifestyle preferences.
  • Surgical Cases:
    • Engage in a wide spectrum of cases, including General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and OB/GYN, contributing to a rich and varied experience.
    • Handle approximately 180 surgical cases per month, ensuring exposure to a diverse caseload.
  • Procedures:
    • Perform various procedures, including general anesthesia, blocks, and labor epidurals, showcasing your expertise in perioperative care.
  • Malpractice Coverage: Enjoy peace of mind with comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, ensuring your professional security.
