As a KRON 4 Sales Manager, you'll steer our local and national teams to success in a dynamic environment. We seek a leader who embodies strong leadership, energy, and creativity. You will oversee national sales initiatives in collaboration with NSO while guiding, recruiting, training, and inspiring our local sales force. We're searching for an innovative Sales Leader with a track record of surpassing station goals across various media platforms.In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth while fostering a culture of positivity and collaboration. It's an opportunity for those who are passionate about sales management, dedicated to team development, and driven to achieve revenue goals.This is a full-time, exempt position.Responsibilities:Provide leadership to the Local & National sales team, guiding them to exceed their revenue targetsManage inventory and revenue forecasting to optimize sales performanceManage Accounts Receivable in collaboration with Account ExecutivesDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive new business development and digital revenueLead integrated digital marketing campaigns from conception to executionOversee recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of Account Executives and sales assistantsCultivate and maintain client relationships alongside Account ExecutivesRequirements & Skills:Minimum of 3- 5 years of management experienceProven National client relationshipsStrong communication and negotiation tacticsManage inventory and rates to maximize station revenue to achieve and exceed revenue goalsTimely handling of pre-empts and makegoodsWork with NSO to accurately forecast revenue and share – weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annuallyThe candidate must be proficient in handling political advertising in a major market and fluent in the rules and regulations surrounding political selling and buying for Candidate, PAC, and Issue advertisers.Job requires travel to the NSO offices, especially to Los Angeles and New York.Ability to set and monitor performance standards, establish long-range objectives, and devise effective strategies to achieve themExperience with Wide Orbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Media Sales, Matrix, Vivvix, and comScore is preferred.Bachelor's degreeFluent in EnglishExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordJoin our team and be part of a dynamic organization that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
