Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in a medical/surgical setting. This is a full-time position with various shifts available.

Pay Details

36 Hrs./Wk.= $1990 Per week

Blended Pay = $55.28/hr.

Weekly Taxable: $828 Per week

weekly Travel stipend :$1162Per week

OT Rate:$66.78/hr.

Responsibilities:

Shift: 12hr Nights 36hr Guarantee. NOTE: WEIRTON WEEK BEGINS SATURDAY 7PM AND ENDS SATURDAY 6.59PM

36 hours week 3x12 Hour

13 week contract

12 Hours a day

Requirements:

3 Years CURRENT MS experience - Required

5 Years of Nursing Experience - Required

Two Years of Previous travel experience - Required

BLS Required

WV state license req.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Assist with catheterization and tube feeding procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and home care instructions
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Skills:
- Proficient in performing catheterization procedures
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Familiarity with CT scans and interpretation of results
- Ability to accurately measure and interpret vital signs
- Experience with tube feeding administration
- Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding system for accurate documentation
- Knowledge of assisted living protocols and procedures
- Familiarity with ophthalmology practices and procedures
- Excellent coding skills for proper billing and reimbursement purposes
- Ability to handle emergency situations in the ER setting

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in medical/surgical nursing
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
