Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Houseperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities. This role requires previous experience/knowledge in power washing, detailing, cleaning/shampooing floors & carpets, and other project-specific tasks to ensure our premises are in top-notch condition.

1. Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks with other team members.

2. Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment.

3. Ability to operate power-washing and detailing equipment effectively.

4. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. True desire to work in a rewarding and fast-paced environment.
