Sigma Healthcare Team is looking for a RN CVOR to work in our client's location.

Shift : 06:45 - 17:15

Summary:
  • Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
  • Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
  • Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
  • Candidate must have Open Heart experience.
  • CVOR experience required
Complexity of Work:
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Required Credential(s):
  • Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • One or more of the following: Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
Education:
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
