Duties
As a SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR at the GS-0301-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Serves as the Senior Program Coordinator to the DHRA Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and Executive Officer performing a range of direct executive office support for the Office of the Director and correspondences throughout DoD including senior leaders in P&R or Component levels.Manages and oversees all DHRA actions in the DoD Secretariat and Fourth Estate level management system (Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)) and in DHRA's action and correspondence management system (Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)).Provides direction, advice, and assistance to senior executives, management, and action officers on administrative issues and for the automated systems that support correspondence.Provides guidance and oversight of work products developed within the DHRA Centers/Offices and HQ Directorates, assuring adherence to all guidelines pertaining for format, content display, coordination staffing, and management through the approval process for final signature and routing to the appropriate receiving offices within the USD(P&R) and Fourth Estate leadership.Manages and oversees the tracking and status reporting of all taskers and correspondence across the DHRA enterprise; conducts quality assurance review and change management coordination of all taskers, correspondence, reports, formal instructions, standard operating procedures, and other forms of document preparation submission and approval.Manages the administrative process for incoming and outgoing correspondence and taskings. This includes reviewing, drafting, analyzing, evaluating, identifying, documenting, and enforcing OSD, OUSD(P&R), and DHRA policy and procedures. Determines appropriate and/or required coordination procedures and develops and implements systems for tracking taskers, packages, and coordination issues; ensures proper internal and external collaboration and coordination on responses.Serves as a subject-matter expert and as DHRA's correspondence control representative with OUSD(P&R) for all DHRA policies and procedures relating to correspondence management of the organization. You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
Perform direct executive office support for a component head and correspondences throughout DoD including senior leaders in DoD or component levels;Manage and oversee all component actions in the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and in a task management tool, such as the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or Task Management Tool (TMT);Manage and oversee the tracking and status reporting of all taskers and correspondence across a DoD component. (Experience must be reflected in resume)

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
