PWM leverages a global technology platform offering, an integrated suite of tools, and applications to service clients. This platform helps realize a client's goals and objectives, develops and implements an integrated wealth management plan and delivers first-class client service. PWM Client Onboarding Technology, part of PWM Technology is a platform comprising of multiple system needed for onboarding PWM Clients and manage lifecycle. Team is global with developers located in Salt Lake City/Dallas, Bengaluru/Hyderabad & New York/New Jersey. We are building highly scalable, distributed, low latency onboarding application that provides unified client experience across various divisions in AWM. Our tech stack is both wide and deep. We use technologies/frameworks like ReactJS, Elastic, drools, Geode cache, Camunda workflows and our application is built based on a scalable micro services architecture. You will get to design, develop and deploy features across the stack.VP level QA Team Lead – Job DescriptionIn PWM, we value Quality Management as a core technical competency that is essential to our success. The PWM QA Engineering team is responsible for ensuring that our applications and products are comprehensively quality tested, work as intended, and the regression testing is automated using standardized tooling and framework that the QA Engineering team builds. We are looking for VP level QA team Lead Engineers who have the ability to lead a team of QA engineers, in developing and executing a detailed Test Strategy for applications. They should be able to work closely with Developers, Project Managers, and Users throughout the SDLC, designing and writing Test Cases (TC) based upon requirements, and guiding the QA team engineers in executing them, automating them, tracking / reporting execution results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution. All QA Team Lead Engineers should be experienced in Functional, Performance, Mobile, Load & Regression testing aspects of enterprise applications, and automating the regression suite for each of these testing functions. We use scalable testing frameworks for Automating the TC execution so that frequent, agile application releases can be supported. All Lead QA Engineers will need to have strong, hands-on experience with test automation tools.Technical Skills Required:• 10+ years of professional experience of reviewing and understanding business requirements, BRDs, FSDs, Wireframes, etc, and developing high quality test cases that comprehensively cover all testing aspects of the application being developed.• 7+ years of strong hands-on experience with various QA Automation tools – Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, JMeter, FitNesse, JUnit, LoadRunner, SONAR• 5+ years of hands-on coding experience with one or more of these scripting / programming languages – Java, JavaScript or Python• 5+ years of work experience of working on and testing server-side Java applications that use a micro service architecture. Should be familiar with full-stack development, Agile methodologies• 3+ years of work experience of leading QA teams across different applications.• Impeccable attention to functional and UI details, with a keen focus towards verifying and validating new functionality against an existing set of given design specs and requirements.• With limited supervision, can design and execute test cases, create test data, execute test cases, track and report progress, and drive closure of all defects, with the Developers and PMs.• Strong working knowledge of how to develop and maintain tight QA processes centered around JIRA for all reporting and tracking of defects and test case execution.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience• Mobile testing experiences with SauceLabs, Perfecto or similar tools a big plus• Prior experience of working in financial institutions a plus.Soft Skills Required:• Strong verbal and written communication skills - should be able to communicate effectively with Developers, Project Managers and Users.• Be able to lead and guide a team of QA engineers, that are geographically dispersed.• Be able to work closely with application managers and key stake holders to plan and execute the test engineering strategy and roadmap for their respective applications.• Can manage multiple tasks and use judgment to prioritize and escalate as required.• Energetic, self-directed and comfortable in a fast paced and often multi-directional work environment.•Team player with good inter-personal skills and quick to learn.
