Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor vital signs and observe any changes in patient conditions

- Provide wound care and assist with dressing changes

- Assist with diagnostic procedures such as CT scans and ophthalmology exams

- Catheterize patients when necessary

- Administer tube feedings and monitor nutritional intake

- Educate patients and their families on proper self-care techniques

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including ICD-10 coding

Requirements:

- Valid Registered Nurse license in [MA]

- Minimum [2] years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or home care setting

- Proficient in performing vital signs assessments and interpreting results

- Knowledge of various medical procedures, including catheterization, tube feeding, and wound care

- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding system for accurate documentation

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

- Experience working in assisted living or ER settings is a plus
