We are seeking an experienced full-time Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient Community Health Center in greater Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience providing primary care treatment, is Bilingual (English/Spanish), and has practiced in a collaborative clinic environment. The Primary Care NP will conduct physical exams, provide education and counseling, and administer medication.
Highlights of the Family Nurse Practitioner Position:
Outpatient only (Monday - Friday)
Full-time schedule - 40 hours per week

Skills Required of the Family Nurse Practitioner:
Family Nurse Practitioner
Active AZ license or ability to obtain
2 plus years of experience as an NP
Bilingual (Spanish / English) - preferred but not required
Ability to work collegially with both Professional Medical and support staff
Recording a patients’ medical histories and symptoms
Performing physical exams and observing women
Creating patient care plans or contributing to existing plans
Performing and ordering diagnostic tests
Diagnosing various health problems
Analyzing test results or changes in a patient’s condition
Giving patients medicines and treatments and evaluating their response
