Headfarmer is a boutique firm, offering consulting & recruiting services to Phoenix Metro clients and candidates. We offer a unique process of " headfarming " which provides a level of professional support to both candidates and clients that exceeds recruiting industry standards.

Our North Scottsdale client is an established industry leader offering emerging technology consulting services to their customers in the construction industry. To support their scaled organizational growth, they have partnered exclusively with us to identify an HR Business Partner for their team. This role will work an in-office work schedule to partner and collaborate closely with business leaders.

What you`ll do:
The HR Business Partner will work closely with management and employees "on the front line," providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related challenges: talent management, employee relations, coaching/ development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training. You will need to successfully navigate all levels of the HR "stack" - strategic, operational, and tactical, effectively influencing across all levels the organization, navigating through ambiguity, recognizing when it is appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing current production.

In collaboration with the HR Director, participate in the continual development of HR programs: talent acquisition, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development. Champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results. Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Work with HR Director on processes across Human Resouces spectrum: performance calibration, compensation cycle, promotions. Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the executive team and HR Director

What they`re seeking:
  • Bachelor`s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or similar
  • 5+ years of related experience as a Senior level HR Generalist, HRBP or HR Manager. Prior supervisory experience desired.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, and discipline for follow-through
  • Keen listening skills with an `of service` mentality
