Description Job Title: Sr GFMAP & PED Alignment JOPES-DECAPES Analyst Department/Unit: ACC/A2 Location: Langley, VA FLSA: Full-Time Exempt Created/updated: 4/29/2024 Job ID: 82 Job Summary: The GFMAP & PED Alignment JOPES-DCAPES Analyst provides programmatic expertise associated with AF DCGS Strategy, Manpower, and Policy issues. Analyze, develop, and evaluate detailed plans, goals, and objectives to advise and assist ACC staff processes to support ACC as OT&E MAJCOM for the AF DCGS. GFMAP & PED Alignment JOPES-DCAPES Analyst supports AF DCGS Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP) force offering and designed accessing of ARC personnel through MPA program management contributing to the total force capacity efforts. Essential Functions: * Provides functional expertise with the development and implementation of AF and ACC's vision, concepts, policies, and execution plans within AF DCGS and intelligence programs. * Authors and reviews strategic plans, program defense narratives, and senior leader executive correspondence that supports operational and programmatic priorities for AF DCGS and intelligence programs. * Reviews, assesses, and provides comment on draft ACC, Air Force, Joint, and DoD publications, doctrine, guidance, and policy documents relevant to AF DCGS and intelligence programs. * Advises on AF DCGS manpower alignment and allocation, identifying potential impacts on force readiness posture and mitigating solutions. * Conducts and participates in manpower-related studies, documents and reviews manpower resource requirements, authorizations, and structures in support of AF DCGS and intelligence programs. * Reviews program change requests and manpower survey reports for impact on AF DCGS operational capacity. * Reviews, edits, coordinates, and collaborates with all relevant stakeholders to maintain current and accurate GFMAP inputs and requirements. * Provides experience and skill in exercising MPA Man-Day Program in support of AF DCGS enterprise tasks and assists in developing and articulating tasks and efficiently leveraging ARC manpower to execute operational mission sets. * Identifies, evaluates, validates, and integrates tasks for ISR/PED capacity in support of Air Components and Combatant Commanders. * Participates in Working Groups related to future planning, future operating concepts, strategic plans and integration involving AF DCGS. * Assists in developing integration strategies with ISR components and acquisition agents to mitigate risks posed to operational ISR system components and assigned missions. * Support international engagements with partner nations related to AF DCGS and intelligence programs. Knowledge Skills and Experience: * 10 years' experience. * Experienced with AF DCGS Strategy, Manpower, and Policy. * Strong understanding of the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) and the Deliberate Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES), including their processes, procedures, and tools. * Experience in military operational planning, including developing and analyzing operational plans, assessing resource requirements, and evaluating operational capabilities. * Experienced with ACC, Air Force, Joint, and DoD publications, doctrine, guidance, and policy documents relevant to AF DCGS and intelligence programs. * Must possess a valid US passport. * TS/SCI current clearance.
