Oracle HCM OTL Technical Analyst

Job Description:

  • This position will use multiple technologies and platforms (e.g., analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.) to ensure delivery is on time and within budget
  • This position will also research and support the integration of emerging technologies, as well as own the entire process around providing knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance while guiding and influencing department and project teams
  • This position will work in partnership with and report into the IT Delivery Manager as well as facilitate and build collaborative relationships with business unit stakeholders
  • They will also assist in the planning of the utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve efficiency of operations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Oracle Cloud, OTL Modules
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the technical infrastructure required to support the Oracle Cloud (Concurrent Manager, Patch Lifecycle management) as well as Oracle ERP applications development with an emphasis on workflows, interfaces, and other technical functions
  • Technical proficiency in: Oracle, Oracle Reports (6i and higher), Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle HCM Modules, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, API's; XML Publisher; Web Services
  • Experience in deployment of Open-Source applications Apache Web Server, Apache Tomcat
  • Experience in Time entry through mobile applications.
  • Experience in End-to-End patch testing in OTL module.
  • Excellent written, email and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of various teams
