PROGRAM MANAGER with Security Clearance

Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes. * This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (NM-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Providing Test and Evaluation support, insight, and advice to upper management and stakeholders; 2) Ensuring a program's budget and funding is allocated and executed efficiently and effectively; 3) Engaging in working groups to enhance process improvement, efficiency gains, improve management structures, and solve critical problems; 4) Assisting with the development and execution of an organization's strategic investment plan.
