FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST with Security Clearance

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS. Duties * You will develop and prepare budget exhibits and documentation for Navy budget submissions. * You will prepare budget execution reports and analyses for civilian personnel resources. * You will analyze and evaluate complex budget to determine the most effective and feasible course of action. * You will review reports, documentation and work papers to ensure compliance with financial standards. Qualifications 12- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary challenges. * Experience understanding of budgetary regulations concerning funds execution. * Experience using analytical reasoning in the identification, analysis, and conceptualization of budgetary discrepancies and development of a solution. * Experience administrating and financial management systems.
