Come join the organization consistently ranked as a top workplace Responsibilities * Develop and deploy wireless data collection and communications solutions tailored to unique operational needs. * Recommend and implement hardware, infrastructure, and installation configurations based on facility features and constraints. * Develop and analyze communications protocol requirements given dynamic bandwidth, latency, frequency, proximity, and payload requirements. * Support development of new wireless communications protocols to enhance logistics processes. * Analyze and troubleshoot systems and components, including identifying and mitigating sources of interference and noise. * Use RF engineering tools and techniques to optimize system performance. * Provide engineering support, optimization recommendations, and troubleshooting for fielded products and infrastructure. * Develop and implement test and qualification procedures for wireless communication and data collection systems. * Ability to travel between 25-50% Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. * Understands IOT, RFID, and network engineering. * Understands deployment considerations and facilities nuances. * Knowledge of RF hardware systems and testing equipment. * Professional and detail-oriented work ethic. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Exceptional troubleshooting skills. * Eligible for DOD Secret clearance. #LI-SH1
