Contract Project Manager This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. Cherokee Analytics is seeking a qualified individuals to serve as a Contract Project Manager to provide support to advanced analytic capabilities for intelligence analysts across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise. Compensation & Benefits: Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Contract Project Manager Responsibilities Include: * Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. * Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification / mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities. * Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems * Provide direct oversight and day-to-day management of the contract employees within all the various site locations * Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract matters and is responsible for management of the task order * Performs other job-related duties as assigned Contract Project Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: * Active TS/SCI security clearance * Minimum of 12 years of related experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years * Master's Degree in a related field * In-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements. * Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight * Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. * Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. * Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. * Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. * Demonstrates ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. * Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information: Cherokee Analytics (CA) is a part of Cherokee Federal - the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
