Command Team Development Program Manager with Security Clearance

Duties * As a Command Team Development Program Manager, you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list: * Oversees the review, collaboration, and synchronization of all Programs of Instruction (POI) for all Phases (I - III) of the Command Preparation Program and ensures educational soundness and compliance with HQDA and TRADOC guidance. * Analyzes applicability of proposed initiatives for inclusion in the Command Preparation Program by developing, reviewing, and recommending revision of Army policies that affect the CTE. * Manages review of doctrinal, organizational, and educational documents to evaluate impact on the Army-wide CTE. Analyzes effectiveness and conformance to published guidelines. * Provides cost estimates to the budget process for the research activities and writes Performance Work Statements (PWS) and heads the evaluation of contract proposals for the conduct of command research. * Ensure performance plans clearly document how the expected outcomes and results are linked to organizational goals, objectives and monitors and provides timely performance feedback throughout the appraisal cycle. * Incumbent will supervise and manage the work of two assigned civilian employees, monitor and provide timely performance feedback throughout the appraisal cycle.
