J-1 Program Manager with Security Clearance

Duties * Manage various specialized civilian and military personnel programs for the HQ Military Entrance Processing Command, J-1 Human Resources Directorate. * Advise top agency management officials on the development and implementation of HQ Military Entrance Processing Command's human resources programs. * Manage a strategic plan that provides all facets of human resources programs to support the accomplishment of goals/objectives by integrating long-range business plans and workforce requirements. * Proactively plan, anticipating future command HR requirements and alternatives to meet those requirements. * Motivate and inspire the workforce to effectively meet the needs of the command. * Facilitate change management processes by effectively communicating strategic decisions.
