Job Summary: Akima Intra-Data is seeking a Chief Facility Engineer to help with facility operations in St. Louis MO. Job Responsibilities: * The Chief Facility Engineer is responsible for the overall management and operation of the mechanical, life safety, electrical, and plumbing operations. * The CFE is a full-time, on-site position. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * The CFE must be a licensed and registered Professional Engineer and possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a CFE in facilitiessimilar tothe size, scope andcomplexity of the N2W and its associated grounds. * Experience with LEED Certified Office Buildings in excess of 500K square feet * Experience with monitoring and implementing energy conservation measures. * Experience Installing "Green" energy projects with a drive to become carbon neutral. * Experience operating in a CMMS system. Experience in ARCHIBUS a plus. * Experience with State-of-the-Art Building Management systems. * Experience withOperating, Replacing, and Repairing all sizes of chillers, power generators, pumps, motors, air handlers, HVAC units, and UPS systems. * Experience withLEED for Building Operations and Maintenace We are an equal opportunity employer.
