Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service which includes: analyze primary source material to ensure accurate briefings; review emerging policies, plans and directives; develop, coordinate and facilitate senior leader engagement strategies; coordinate and direct activities for knowledge management, public affairs and records management functions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
