SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E), Quick Reaction Test (QRT): ANSER is seeking qualified personnel to provide JT&E test planning support for a 12 month QRT. The Joint Contaminated Human Remains Storage and Temporary Interment/Disinterment (JCHR-STID) QRT will address joint warfighter tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) to identify storage recommendations for JCHR prior to evacuation or temporary interment; provide successful preliminary identification for remains that cannot be repatriated expeditiously during large-scale combat operations; provide accountability for the remains at the temporary interment site; and identify safety concerns for personnel executing the tasks. ANSER is seeking qualified candidates with experience and expertise in mass casualty decontamination and mortuary affairs. These analysts will provide expertise necessary to support test planning and successfully accomplish QRT objectives per the Test Directive and associated guidance. SME Analysts will: * Work with Test Planners, ORSAs and Test Lead to develop and coordinate the test plan * Provide detailed subject matter knowledge and insight to support test planning and execution * Support stakeholder coordination and information gathering to build CONOPS, TTP and test plan * Support TTP development * Build realistic scenarios and objectives for rigorous TTP testing SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * Active Secret security clearance, or expiration of clearance within the past 2 years * Experience planning and conducting mass casualty decontamination, mortuary affairs operations, and/or other related disciplines and applications. * Strong interpersonal/social skills; proven staff officer/contractor support excellence * Test and evaluation planning and execution experience, preferred * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Experience in staffing, communication, and coordination efforts across commands, services, and/or Joint Staff EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: * A bachelors degree or higher and at least 5 years of experience, or an associates degree and 7+ years of relevant experience Location: Suffolk, VA *This position is contingent upon contract award.
