PROGRAM ANALYST with Security Clearance

Duties * You will plan, organize, coordinate and provide a broad range of resource and program resources. * You will resolve complex, critical problems relating to the overall production process. * You will provide expert advice and guidance to officials and managers within and outside the command. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: * Experience providing high-level interface with management, and direct interface with program/production managers on the status of current production processes, yields, and issues/concerns; * Experience formulating spend plans and PR/POM program requirements identifying shortfalls & gaps in command capabilities and effectiveness for warfighting impacts; * Experience instituting and applying common analysis tools or techniques for performing program assessments; * Experience reviewing requirements and developing fiscal and personnel resources plans to optimally address those requirements.
