Job Description ***Weekend Days Position Fri-Sun 6am-6pm. Candidate will be entitled to 10% shift diff*** Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. You don't see it, but it's there. Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status along with the ability to obtain a minimum of Secret Clearance Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
Skills:
Quality minded person with strong documentation, computer skills, and attention to detail. Able to read, understand, and follow manufacturing processes and other build documentation. Knowledge of configuration and revision reconciliation with emphasis on detail required. Ability to comprehend complex drawings and engineering change orders. Knowledge of multi-level assemblies and parts lists. Must be a team player, self-motivated, able to multi task with the desire to expand their skills. Fabricates and/or modifies complex micro-integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions for wire and ribbon bonding utilizing various manual and automatic bonding machines.
Should be familiar with bonding complex microwave modules and familiar with manual gold ball and ribbon bonding. Should be familiar with manual bonding equipment (e. g., West-bond, etc.) and with automatic bonding equipment (Palomar 8000/9000 bonders). Must be able to work with a microscope for an entire shift. Computer competency and English literacy is required to ensure the candidate will be capable of following instruction/safety guidelines. About BAE Systems Electronic Systems

Full-Time Salary Range: $39820 - $63690 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
