Equipment Concentration Site Manager with Security Clearance

Duties * Develop performance standards and evaluates work performance of subordinate managers/supervisors. * Inform higher headquarters on maintenance plans, support concerns, facilities, technical problems, budgeting and special projects. * Direct mission execution, long range planning, organizational structure, goals and objectives. * Coordinate work to be accomplished and establish priorities. * Represent the command at seminars, pre-camp conferences, and meetings pertaining to the Equipment Concentration Site (ECS) support operation. * Analyze operations to identity areas in need of improvement. * Resolve employee complaints and group grievances. * Develop plans, policies, programs and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency of operations.
