Servicenow Architect

Greetings

We have a ServiceNow Architect position open at Chicago IL, can work hybrid from Cincinnati, OH and Minneapolis MN.

Responsibilities:
The Senior Architect will provide the requirements of the system architecture. They will take the program requirements and create an architecture vision and provide a solution to the requirements.
Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow with at least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow platform architecture, support and service delivery experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow platform integration design and support experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Configuration Mgt and Asset Mgt modules preferred
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge and Portfolio Mgt modules preferred
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and Release Mgt processes preferred
• Experience partnering with suppliers, service providers, business facing IT, and clients to deliver solutions preferred
