PROGAM ANALYST with Security Clearance

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the N3, Operations Directorate BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY. Duties * You will oversee Navy Medicine enterprise-wide readiness reporting utilizing the Readiness and Cost Reporting Program (RCRP) and the Defense Readiness Reporting System - Strategic (DRRS-S) . * You will review monthly assessments in DRRS-S and RCRP and report findings. * You will prepare and deliver executive correspondence and briefings to senior leadership. * You will manage the Navy Medicine's RCRP contract, contractor performance and program enhancement efforts. * You will prepare and submit RCRP Purchase Requests and ensure timely reconciliation of RCRP contract obligations. * You will provide training on the DRRS-S program to subordinate units. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Experience performing hands-on data analysis, feedback, and instruction using the Defense Readiness Reporting System Strategic Program;
* Experience performing federal contract support duties;
* Experience utilizing Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution processes and procedures;
* Experience preparing and presenting executive correspondence and briefings to senior leadership.
