Looking For: A Project/Program Management for future support of the TACNET program in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Project/Program Manager II, you will: * Join a well-established team that gives you the opportunity to grow * Maintain your clearance * Receive robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan * Be a part of an empowered accountability culture where each employee-owner has a meaningful stake in the future success and growth of the company A week in the life of a Project/Program Manager II: * Supervise project personnel and/or team, scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bids, and ordering and/or transporting equipment and material. * Provide Project Management administrative support to organize tasks * Collect and collate data into approved reports and formats, collect, update and maintain process documentation, coordinate of meetings, preparing budget drills, develop agenda items, attending high-level meetings, generating minutes, and tracking action items. * Recommend policies, doctrine, tactics, and procedures at the Federal, State, and Local level given their past expert opinion or using analysis of actual outcomes. * Coordinate and interface with various Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD activities located in and out of Continental United States (CONUS). Job Requirements * Bachelors Degree * Active Secret Clearance At least Ten (10) years of direct work experience in: * C4ISR or similar program/projects. At least Eight (8) years of direct work experience in: * Design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C4ISR. At least Four (4) years of direct work experiece in: * Managing TACNET or other Navy C4I systems. The salary range for this position is $ 110,000 - 130,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
