Duties * Assists with research directives to determine the need for supplemental guidance to include directives dealing with EEO programs. * Analyzes a wide complex variety of interrelated employment and personnel related issues to advise senior leaders. * Conducts statistical analyses of personnel management elements to determine whether barriers to equality exist/ * Oversees and monitors the EEO complaints processing system and Special Emphasis Programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Assists with the planning, implementing and evaluating of the EEO complaints program, including informal counseling, investigation and adjudication. * Recommending affirmative action goals/objectives that comply with guidance/directives. * Coordinating, developing and conducting EEO-related training and briefings to serviced customers' senior leadership. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. * This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time. * This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.
