ServiceNow Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient ServiceNow configurations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management (ITSM), IT operations management (ITOM), and/or IT business management (ITBM), along with hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and customization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to optimize performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architectures.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in ServiceNow development.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow platform upgrades and new features.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or architect.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development and customization.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and/or ITBM modules.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
