Windows Desktop Administrator Job Description: A mission-driven professional with an Desktop/Systems Administrator background and current TS/SCI clearance to support the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) on Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The candidate will join our CIO G6 Mission Support Center Team - a team of skilled IT professionals who strive for successful user and mission support while providing a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues with Windows 10 in an Enterprise Active Directory environment
- Ensure security compliance for Windows 10 systems, to include Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) compliance
- Effectively communicate and assist customers with technical support while ensuring compliance Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3 years relevant experience OR a Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of direct relevant experience maybe be considered in lieu of a degree requirement
- Experience configuring, managing, and securing Windows 10 desktop systems
- An approved Microsoft certification and/or training OR the ability to obtain a Microsoft certification and/or training within first 6 months of hire
- A valid CompTIA Security+ CE certification (IAT II or higher)
- A current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience securing and updating Windows 10 systems in a highly secure, DoD environment
- Experience with VMware Horizon virtual desktops and/or zero-client endpoints
- Microsoft Certified Professional with Windows 10
