MANAGEMENT ANALYST IV Responsibilities • Draft statements of work and assist management with the monitoring of executed contracting tasks. • Assist in analyzing and improving knowledge of management processes and procedures and/or office programs. • Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology. • Writes reports, letters, and other documents for management programs, policies and activities. • Develops new or revised management systems and procedures to facilitate the operation of programs within established guidelines. • Research and use government and private sector best practices to measure and improve customer service, approval workflows, and processing timelines. • Analyze a large number of financial, program planning, bilateral, and program evaluation documents for standard and ad hoc reports, as needed. • Performs administrative and financial analysis; and make recommendations for changes and improvements. • Provides research, spreadsheet development, data collection, and analysis to the program office. • Prepares various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual and cumulative annual reports. • Provides day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects. • Oversees the preparation of various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual and cumulative annual reports. • Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and proactively responds to changes in project scope, identifies potential issues and recommends actions. • Provides expert technical guidance and assistance to lower-level staff and/or provides training to newly assigned personnel. • Exercises independent judgment and initiative on a daily basis and requires infrequent supervision. • Other tasks assigned by HgP. Requirements • Active Secret Clearance • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and five (5) years of related experience. • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; sufficient to draft action and info memos, congressional testimony, press guidance and congressional and general correspondence. • Advanced knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity in developing project and program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones involving complex programs, systems, or issues of critical importance to the entire organization. • Knowledge in assessing project progress, conducting briefings, and preparing comprehensive reports with solutions and recommendations for top-level managers and executives.
