Required Tasks: Develops and implements strategies to ensure the effective use of knowledge management systems and processes. Designs, develops, and implements knowledge management initiatives and programs. Collects and analyzes data to identify organizational needs and opportunities. Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders. Develops and maintains processes and tools for capturing, storing, sharing, and leveraging information and knowledge. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and programs. Performs as a SharePoint administrator and understands SharePoint design and development. The candidate will develop SharePoint and Power Platform pages and applications (workflows, forms, dashboards, etc.) to support the CDD, CPM-WG, and CPIB members, working within the Capabilities Planning, Requirements Generation, Requirements Management, and other supporting administrative processes. The CDD IM/KM Working Group (or other government-designated group) will govern requirements for and design of solutions. Candidate will manage user/stakeholder requirements and design and develop solutions using an Agile software development approach. The candidate will organize designated NIPR and SIPR SharePoint document libraries, applying file naming conventions, metadata (column) filtering, library ‘views’, and SharePoint search features to improve users’ ability to locate information. The candidate will participate in the CDD IM/KM Working Group (or other government-designated group), which will develop and manage naming conventions, metadata schemas, and other document management approaches. The candidate will maintain User Instructions tailored to CDD personnel and their use of SharePoint libraries. Instructions shall include business rules for naming files, applying metadata, storing and locating information within CDD’s SIPR and NIPR SharePoint site collections, and working with lists, libraries, and dashboards. The candidate will monitor compliance with instructions and troubleshoot issues with instructions and/or their application by users.
