Description SAIC has an opening for a Technical Services Analyst. This position provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshoo ti ng, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. This position is based full time in-person in Chantilly, VA. Responsibilities: * Responds to situa ti ons where first-line support was unable to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or so ft ware. * Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/so ft ware engineering. * May be involved in customer installation and training. * Provides support to customer/users where the product is more technical or sophisticated in nature. * Will be involved in customer installa ti on and training. * Will be involved with computer moves, image and deployment of computer systems, and incoming/removal documentation. * Maintaining asset records. Qualifications Required Education: * Bachelors Degree and 2+ years of IT support experience; experience accepted in lieu of education. Required Clearance: * Must be a US Citizen, currently holding an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph Required Experience: * Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques * Ability to work well with all teammates and multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills, and excellent customer service * Excellent Interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Required Certifications: * Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within 90 days of hire date SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline. Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
