Electronics Engineer with Security Clearance

Duties * Incumbent is assigned to the 311th Signal Command (T) G3 Strategic Engineering Branch, which is the focal point for the Pacific Command Theater of Operations Army communications projects and programs. * Incumbent will be working in support of USARPAC, USASC, DA, DISA, AF, Navy, JCS, other nonmilitary departments and foreign governments. * Performs technical/power analysis, and detailed system design to prepare concept plans and proposals for satisfying user requirements. * Modifies latest, state-of-the-art equipment, which will be integrated into communications-electronics (C-E) systems. * Prepares Statements of Work (SOW) and procurement specifications for contractual support. * Engages in preliminary planning conferences with representatives of DA, DOD, DISA and other government agencies to determine type of facility and system configurations needed to meet the users requirements. * Conducts special studies and analysis of Information Management Area (IMA) systems involving a variety of unusual and highly specialized IMA equipment.
