In line with their commitment to excellence, they are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech to support their daily operations and contribute to their mission of delivering quality and precision in every project.

Responsibilities:

  • Software and Planning: Begin each day by updating and reviewing the company ERP and project management software to stay informed on project statuses, schedules, and priorities.
  • Scheduling: Check and review the calendar for the upcoming day and week, ensuring all projects are accurately scheduled and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Documentation: Document all routine work in company software or the operations manual, maintaining a clear record of project progress and technical specifications.
  • Preparation: Determine daily prep work to ensure all jobs for the day are loaded and prepared, including materials, tools, and equipment necessary for drywall, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical tasks.
  • Logistics: Map out routes, courses, and chart the most efficient routes for the day/week to maximize time on job sites while minimizing travel downtime.
  • Tool Maintenance: Clean, lube, sharpen, and prepare all tools daily, ensuring equipment is in optimal condition for precise and safe operation.
  • Supply Management: Prepare lists of needed supplies well in advance for the most efficient use of time at supply houses, ensuring that all materials required for repairs, remodels, and new constructions are available and of high quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field, with a strong foundation in residential remodeling tasks such as drywall, plumbing, and painting.
  • Knowledge of carpentry and basic electrical work, with the ability to manage and execute tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to plan work schedules, manage supplies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using industry-specific software for project management and documentation.
  • A commitment to safety, with a track record of following best practices and regulations on the job site.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with team members and communicating effectively with suppliers and clients.
  • A valid driver s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to navigate and organize routes efficiently.
