Cable Technician

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret Cleared Cable Technician to work for our client supporting the ARMY located on Ft. Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities of the Cable Technician include: * Assisting lead technicians with rough-in cable
* Pulling, Terminating, Testing CAT 5E/CAT 6 Cable
* Will be testing cables with Fluke Network Testers
* Knowledgeable with fiber terminations
* Experience with drop downs through the walls
Qualifications for the Cable Technician include: * Must be willing to work on ladders and get into ceilings to pull cable
* Must have their own means of reliable transportation * Familiarity with Fiber Optic Cable
* Must have an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Compensation for the Cable Technician include: * Salary Range: $20-28/hr. **depending on experience
* Full Benefits: United Healthcare, Guardian Dental, VSP Vision, 401k with Voya through ADP
