Salary: $90,000 to $130,000 commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities: • UiPath Bot Development & Maintenance: Engage in the full cycle of bot development using UiPath, including the creation, testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of both guided and autonomous bots. This entails handling utility invoice processing and managing intricate invoice interval data. • Advanced UiPath Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in UiPath development, including but not limited to roles such as Solutions Architects and Document Understanding. Candidates should have a strong background in designing and deploying intelligent bots that leverage AI, ML, and NLP technologies. • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of UiPath bots, ensuring their effective maintenance and performance optimization. • Integration and Testing: Focus on the development, integration, testing, and debugging of bots, ensuring seamless operation and functionality. • Automated Solution Deployment: Configure and implement comprehensive automated systems on cloud-based environments, ensuring efficient end-to-end solutions. • Automation and Machine Learning Integration: Utilize machine learning expertise to develop and implement RPA solutions that are enhanced by Document Understanding frameworks and other automation technologies through UiPath. • Machine Learning & OCR Enhancement: Apply knowledge and experience in machine learning to train models and enhance OCR capabilities within automated solutions. • Prototype Development: Craft and present prototypes of process automation to highlight potential efficiency gains. • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert troubleshooting for RPA issues, delivering prompt and effective solutions as needed. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating these requirements into technical specifications for automation solutions. • Documentation & Visualization: Produce comprehensive documentation, flowcharts, and diagrams to detail automation solutions and processes. Qualifications: • Experience & Expertise: Proven track record in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining UiPath bots, specifically for utility invoice processing. Strong foundation in RPA solutions, machine learning, and Document Understanding. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or workflow automation development with a focus on UiPath. Experience with integrating RPA and ML into solutions is highly valued. • Education: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. • Certifications: RPA certification, with a preference for UiPath Certified Professional and Specialized AI Professional certifications. • This role is pivotal in advancing our automation capabilities, focusing on innovative solutions in utility invoice processing. The ideal candidate will independently manage the development and improvement of automated systems with minimal supervision.
