PROCUREMENT ANALYST with Security Clearance

Duties * You will serve as a Procurement Analyst on matters pertaining to policy and compliance. * You will serve as the lead analyst for acquisition and procurement policy matters. * You will respond to customers in a secure, coordinated and timely manner while adjusting to priorities that can change on a frequent basis. * You will operate using long range strategic initiatives, utilizing continuous process improvements in the execution of duties. * You will interpret acquisition and contracting policies and procedures. Qualifications In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate: 1) Understanding acquisition and procurement policy matters. 2) Providing advice and analysis on contracting and acquisition business-related matters. 3) Understanding contract management, general acquisition, and the needs of an organization. 4) Applying contracting laws and policies including techniques of contracting operations and contracting requirements.
