Junior Management Analyst with Security Clearance

As a Junior Management Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing, coordination and publishing technical documentation, accomplishing studies and/or business analytics, and assisting management in operating more efficiently and effectively. What You'll Be Doing * Build and maintain effective working relationships with Project Manager, Technical and Business teams, and Team Leads. * Gather information from SMEs/team and develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation. * Create, coordinate, and maintain project technical documentation/artifacts including: Systems Design Documents, Architecture Diagrams, Data flow diagrams, user guides, etc. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and project managers, * Work with program/project managers and leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and centralized storage. * Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that meet required standards and allow for easy data migration. * Develop content in alternative mediums to maximize stakeholder use * Stay up-to-date with Azure technologies and industry trends, including new features and best practices for Azure architecture. Location and Travel Details This is a hybrid position, with 1-2 days onsite a week at one of the following locations: * Ft. Belvoir, VA * Adelphi, MD * Aberdeen, MD Security Clearance and Citizenship Requirements Must possess an active Secret Clearance and maintain a Secret Clearance. Profile of Success * Ability to understand complex technical and business concepts and document them in an easy to navigate and consume manner. * Ability to analyze and understand complex data models. * Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint) and PDF software such as Adobe Acrobat. * Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC). * Minimum of two (2) years' experience in technical writing. * Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. * Ability to work well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision and oversight.
