Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking an Advisor, Strategic Communications and Space Policy Specialist at the Pentagon, Washington, DC. This position will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the organizations within the Headquarters United States Space Force (HQ USSF), which includes but are not limited to, Chief of Space Operations (CSO), Chief Operations Office (COO), Chief Human Capital Office (CHCO), Chief Technology and Innovations Office (CTIO), Chief Strategy and Resourcing Office (CSRO), and Director of Staff (DS). What you will be doing: Support USSF Gov't personnel in review, establishment, coordination and distribution of national-level strategy, policy, and guidance documents. Support planning and execution of DAF-level collaboration and communication events (Tempo: approx. 2-3 events/year, approx. 80-120 attendees/event). Track and aid in preparation of strategic Senior-Staff Level communications, to include media itineraries, speeches, Congressional testimony, round table forum discussions, and presentations. Support all CTIO organizations with a technical writer to support technical strategies, policy, Space Force Instructions, guidance, standards, and metrics documentation/artifacts (including reports, white papers, briefings and/or dashboards) at multiple classification levels. Coordinate action within the applicable division, other divisions, HQ Space Staff, and all other relevant stakeholders. What you will need: Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Space Operations.
