Equipment Concentration Site Manager with Security Clearance

Duties * Brief senior leadership on shop operations, work plans, and mission accomplishment. * Advise subordinate elements on policies and procedures to ensure compliance. * Represent the organization at conferences and meetings pertaining to the Equipment Concentration Site support operation. * Analyze operations to identify areas of improvement. * Develop shop policies and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency. * Review organizational structure to develop long-range plans and implement changes. * Identify training needs of employees to meet mandatory training and mission requirements. * Assign work to subordinates based on their capabilities. * Resolve management-employee related concerns.
