MATERIALS HANDLER with Security Clearance

Duties * You will independently perform a wide range of warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, selecting, shipping, and pickup and delivery of general or specialized bulk materials and equipment. * You will verify shipments by checking shipping documents. * You will match specific item identification by name, stock number, letter, code, quantity, unit of issue on containers. * You will perform a broad range of standard storage assignments; store, stack, palletize, and/or rotate items considering their use, size, shape, quantity, and special handling requirements. * You will maintain overall warehouse efficiency while minimizing the need for excessive movement or restocking of items. * You will operate forklift trucks to move, stack, unstack, load and unload bin, and position material. * You will perform material handling duties including use of tools and other equipment, in a safe manner, utilizing safety practices and procedures, and complying with established safety rules and regulations.
