Duties * You will operate as an entry/developmental/expert level Information System Security Officer for the IBST (Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test). * You will aid in planning the top level cybersecurity strategy for IBST systems and networks, working to fully understand each network and service provided to its customers in order to verify that risk is properly managed. * You will maintain a top level understanding of IBST mission and participate in IBST event planning to verify that appropriate risk control measures are applied and considered early. Qualifications FOR DS-02: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or DS-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) assisting in planning top level cybersecurity strategy for systems and networks and 2) technical understanding of DIACAP, RMF, EMASS, CS incident response. FOR DS-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or DS-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) understand each network and service provided to its customers in order to verify risk is properly managed in ratio to customer requirements; 2) broad knowledge of IBST and participate in IBST event planning to verify that appropriate risk control measures are applied and considered early; and 3) technical understanding of DIACAP, RMF, EMASS, CS incident response. FOR DS-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or DS-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) operating as an ISSO for the Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test (IBST); 2) planning the top level cybersecurity strategy for IBST systems and networks, working to fully understand each network and service provided to its customers in order to verify that risk is properly managed in ratio to customer requirements; 3) broad knowledge of IBAR's LVC mission and participate in LVC event planning to verify that appropriate risk control measures are applied and considered early; and 4) understanding and managing complex security requirements for cross-domain cyber risk and effectively support full interoperability between diverse physical and CS security environments.
