Cyber Training and Readiness Manger [B15C] Location: Lackland AFB, San Antonio, Texas Security Clearance: Top Secret SCI - Willing to take Polygraph Education/Certifications: Associates degree or the equivalent combination of education; professional training; or work experience Relevant Experience: 5-7 years of progressively responsible Training and Readiness support experience; comparable to work performed as a mid-senior level Training Manager; 3-5 years supporting DoD/AF organizations Key Requirements: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, Learning Management Systems and other current computer applications, internal transactional applications, and the Internet JOB SUMMARY: This is a 67 COG Staff Wing position and experience/knowledge should be commensurate with headquarters-level support. Provide personnel attached to Wing the knowledge skills and abilities/qualifications to accomplish tasks in the cyber and network defense operational/technical training. Coordinate with the training officer, resource management, unit deployment manager, and Director of Operations (DO) or designated representative. Evaluate operations, qualifications, upgrades, tests, exercises, and continuation training requirements to meet required currency and progression standards, in accordance with established priorities. This position contractors will be responsible for interfacing with training units; tracking crewmembers in training, on crew, and courseware changes; tracking squadron's readiness levels to insure enough certified crewmembers are qualified to meet mission requirements today, tomorrow and in the future. PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide inputs into mission training and curriculum development/maintenance for Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Continuation Training (CT), Individual Training (IT), Upgrade Training (UT), and platform Difference Training (DT) for all work roles across all crewmember positions. * Assist squadron DOT flights with the development and maintenance of crewmember positional Job Qualification Standard (JQS) documents, the Master Training Plan (MTP), the Master Task List (MTL), and the Master Training Task List (MTTL). * Assist in generating complete scenarios incorporating each crew position to simulate crisis situations and current real world operations. * Assist creating evaluation and assessment tools that accurately measure training proficiency. * Assist in creating training tools, exercises and scenarios incorporating approved tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and crew risk management (CRM) behaviors, designed to increase training efficiency and effectiveness. * Coordinate/schedule training environments and requirements with external and internal entities identified by the Government. * Accomplish a training needs assessment as necessary to determine training shortfalls, to include the requirement for additional courseware development, staff personnel skill sets and facility configuration. * Track the fielding of future versions, spirals, or generations of the operations platforms to advise leadership of courseware changes to prepare crews prior to the transition, as necessary. * Manage and track student progress using government systems such as Patriot Excalibur (PEX) Learning Management System, IKE, or internal assessment tools. * Assist in developing course surveys to determine course effectiveness to measure validity and effectiveness of course content. * Research, and analyze the System Training Plans (STP), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Master Training Task List (MTTL), Task Analysis Worksheets (TAW), Training Task List (TTL), and advise 67 COG staff and leadership when requested. * Deliverables shall include operation schedules, currency/proficiency status updates, ready cyber-crew program documents, meeting minutes and trip reports.
