Job Description

Reason Open:

  • Team has gotten approval to add headcount to help drive and support the In-home/Out-Of-Home Wi-Fi initiatives
  • Ryan and Pete s Wi-Fi teams are looking to double down on their efforts of improving and automating their Customer Quality Score process and reporting
  • Ryan knows this is a little bit of a unicorn and is pretty open minded about previous career path (if they have been a Data Analyst/Scientist for 5 years and then made the jump recently to product management or if they are just a really strong product manager that had data analyst requirements in previous roles)

Job Scope:

  • Project scope is responsible for finding out why customers are having negative feedback for their products via their quality score (How many times customers have called, why they disconnect, what is causing them the most pain, etc ) and using this data to predictively fix problems before they happen. While also deducing a customer will get to a certain standard deviation before ultimately leaving for a different provider.
  • 70% Analyzing the data, 20% bringing it all together to present, 10% ad hoc requests for the team
  • They will be spending a majority of time analyzing the data, pulling certain sets out, find customers with bad experiences, explain this to leadership, come up with ideas to improve the scored, and finally address these challenges
  • They will be responsible for creating their own project plan, putting their findings into PowerPoint (I.E please see the graph I have put together that shows the population of customers that have all had this specific bad experience and here is how I recommend to fix it OR here are five areas that for some reason have a lower spped than average and here s my recommendation to fix it)
  • Leading commitments to achieve an overall better customer score and retain customers
  • Leading and doing all the data analysis efforts for the team

Must have skills/certs/technologies:

  • 5 years minimum, 7+ years ideally
  • SQL
