Quality Assurance Manager with Security Clearance

Serves the point of contact for IT Quality Assurance, analyzes deficiencies in service or performance and recommends improvements to address problems. Implements defect reduction programs. Ensures that milestones/goals are met. The minimum qualifications are: 10 years’ Quality Assurance Management Experience and Experience setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. • Serve as the point of contact for IT Quality Assurance
• Develops quality assurance plans, processes and procedures based on DoD and industry standards.
• Create and implement quality standards.
• Accomplish quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Analyze deficiencies in service or performance and recommend improvements to address problems.
• Implement defect reduction programs.
• Ensure milestones/goals are met.
• Review existing policies and standards to identify improvement potential.
• Produce timely reports and documentation to track production progress.
• Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Perform pareto analysis of recurring issues
• Perform quality audits/checks and reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Identify training requirements to improve quality.
• Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems while recommending and facilitating solutions to these issues.
• Ensure adequate quality and integrity of work developed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience:
• 10 years Quality Assurance Management Experience
• Experience setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
